Mr or Mrs/Miss Camera-shop assistant

I just thought I would write this letter to you to let you know that I shall soon be on my way to see you. Although I have no knowledge or understanding of half the knobs and twiddles on my camera I do love her very much. She is not well. Please save her. I depend on her greatly. I am not sure if it is the actual camera that is stricken with an illness or her 'memory' but these problems have been gradually increasing as has my worry about what might actually be her ailment. I really hope you can help me/us!
